Kate Roth

Kate Roth has 20 years’ experience advising on a broad range of property and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, joint ventures, developments, and strata titling. She has worked in private practice in Sydney and Orange, as well as in-house with both government and Australia’s largest hotel operator, gaining valuable insight into hotel acquisitions, franchise agreements and management contracts. Kate takes a strategic approach to her work, aiming to deliver practical and commercially sound advice that recognises legal risks while avoiding unnecessary negotiations. In addition to property and commercial law, Kate acts in family law matters, particularly parenting and property disputes, and is currently completing a Master of Laws in Family Law. Her experience and empathetic nature allow her to achieve realistic outcomes for clients with minimal stress. Kate holds degrees in Business and Law with honours from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. When not practising law, she enjoys hiking, gardening and spending time with her family.
