Kyah Denham

Kyah Denham is a lawyer based in Newcastle with a comprehensive background in Commercial and Property Law. Since joining the team in 2024, she has established a diverse practice that encompasses advising clients on commercial contracts, negotiating leases, and managing property transactions including buying and selling. Kyah’s expertise extends beyond transactional work to include commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She adopts a holistic approach to resolving disputes, utilising settlement negotiations, mediation, and, where needed, litigation to achieve practical and strategic outcomes aligned with her clients’ objectives. Known for her clear communication and client-focused approach, Kyah is dedicated to providing personalised legal advice tailored to the specific circumstances of each client. Her ability to simplify complex legal issues ensures clients are well-informed and confident in their decision-making. Outside of her professional life, Kyah enjoys spending time with her two large dogs and her cat, as well as supporting the NRL and NRLW Knights. She holds admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Kyah earned her Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, and Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle.
