Josephine Miles

Josephine Miles is a family lawyer with a strong commitment to supporting clients through challenging personal circumstances. She graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and gained valuable practical experience through placements at Tenants Victoria and the Family Law Assistance Program at Monash Law Clinics. Josephine also demonstrated a dedication to community engagement by mentoring high school students from underrepresented backgrounds, encouraging access to higher education. After completing her practical legal training at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and a city-based family law firm, Josephine was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian lawyer. Since then, she has focused exclusively on family law matters, where she combines her legal expertise with empathy to deliver attentive and effective support. Outside her professional commitments, Josephine enjoys reading, running long distances, and spending time with friends.
