Sathya Sivalohan

Sathya Sivalohan is a Senior Associate at WHP with over 18 years of experience at the firm. Before her admission as a lawyer in August 2011, Sathya worked as a paralegal, managing large and complex personal injury claims. Her comprehensive knowledge of the firm’s operations is reflected in her roles managing the practice, mentoring paralegals, and supporting various areas of law. Sathya has a strong focus on medical negligence, personal injury, and property law. She approaches each matter with full commitment, working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes through determination, integrity, and empathy. Renowned for her direct and clear communication style, Sathya consistently maintains the highest ethical standards, earning the trust and respect of those she represents. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Journalism) from the University of Technology, Sydney, completed in 2011, along with a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the same institution. In 2018, she completed a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law with Excellence from the University of New South Wales. Outside the office, Sathya enjoys Latin dancing, has a keen interest in fashion, and delights in sampling a wide variety of gelato.
