Jason Coluccio

Jason Coluccio has deep roots in the Western suburbs, having been born, raised, and educated locally, attending Mater Christi Primary School and St. Michael’s College High School. After completing secondary school in 1996, Jason began managing a family business where he successfully doubled turnover and profits. Parallel to this, he embarked on a career in sales, quickly rising through the ranks by exceeding performance targets and providing exceptional customer service. While advancing his career in business, Jason pursued legal studies, graduating in 2011. He was subsequently admitted to practice in both the Supreme Courts of the Northern Territory and South Australia. Following Practical Legal Training with a large law firm, he secured a permanent position there, gaining experience across diverse areas of law including Family, Criminal, Commercial Litigation, and Estate Planning. Over time, Jason has developed a strong focus on Commercial and Estate Law. He has been involved in significant criminal matters before the Supreme Court, regularly appeared in Magistrates Court, and has experience handling Full Court Appeals and complex commercial disputes. Jason offers clients detailed guidance on all aspects of Estate Planning, such as asset protection strategies, business succession planning, complicated Probate issues, Estate Administration, and litigation including inheritance claims and disputes concerning invalid wills. Jason is also dedicated to assisting clients facing mortgage repossession, often helping them secure favourable outcomes in challenging circumstances. His approach to new criminal cases combines professionalism and confidentiality, and he has successfully defended clients in a range of serious matters. In addition to his practice, Jason frequently presents seminars to community groups and members of the public, sharing his expertise and enthusiasm for the law. Outside of his legal career, Jason is a passionate sports enthusiast. A lifelong member and devoted fan of Port Adelaide, he is a familiar presence at home games. He has also pursued his love of international sport through trips to the United States, attending NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA games.
