Rachel Weatherly

Rachel is a seasoned legal professional, having graduated from Adelaide University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws, followed by her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice later that year. Beginning her legal career in Family Law and Wills and Estates in November 2002, Rachel's dedication to her craft became evident when she was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in June 2003, and to the High Court of Australia shortly thereafter in September 2003. With a keen focus on Family Law since September 2003, Rachel has cultivated extensive experience in handling complex matters involving property and children's issues. Her practice in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia is marked by her adept management of case files and skillful conduct of trials, showcasing her commitment to her clients and their legal needs. Beyond her legal practice, Rachel holds a Graduate Membership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her expertise extends to advising on corporate governance, risk, and strategy, where she applies her legal acumen to offer comprehensive guidance.
