Warwick McCarthy

Warwick McCarthy is the Principal Solicitor with over 25 years of legal experience practising in Dubbo and throughout the Central West of New South Wales. Raised in Sydney, Warwick completed a combined Arts/Law degree with Honours in Philosophy at the University of NSW. Following graduation, he began his career in general practice with a well-regarded local firm in Dubbo. Throughout his career, Warwick has gained extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas, including criminal law, family law, succession, and property law, with a particular focus on advocacy and court appearances. He has represented clients in numerous courts, from Local Courts handling traffic matters to District, Supreme, Family, and Federal Circuit Courts, often instructing barristers when required. Warwick and his family have established deep roots within the local community, connecting closely with both rural families and townspeople. Presently, Warwick concentrates his practice primarily on family law and succession matters. He maintains strong professional relationships and remains actively engaged in community affairs.
