Rohan Hubbard

Rohan Hubbard is a Director based in WG&M’s Bairnsdale office, bringing over 20 years of experience in Commercial and Business Law. He offers comprehensive advice across a broad range of business transactions, including the sale and purchase of businesses, franchising arrangements, business structures, joint ventures, and the establishment and management of companies and trusts. Rohan is also well-versed in commercial and retail leasing matters. His expertise extends to property and contract law, covering commercial and residential property sales and purchases, subdivisions, and planning issues. Rohan supports a variety of clients, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large organisations, providing tailored advice, drafting contracts, and preparing commercial agreements. Among Rohan’s past and present clients are notable entities such as Patties Foods, Workways Australia, East Gippsland Water, East Gippsland Shire Council, TAFE Gippsland, and Dyers Distribution. To maintain close client relationships, he regularly travels to Sale and Warburton. Beyond his legal practice, Rohan is engaged in his local community as a former board member of the Committee for Gippsland and currently serves as Vice President of the Bairnsdale Club Inc.
