Alison Tanner

Alison Tanner is a Senior Associate based in WG&M’s Bairnsdale office, where she focuses on Wills and Estates. Holding Bachelor degrees in Arts and Laws, Alison was awarded the Purvis Clarke Richards Prize in 1993, recognising her as Melbourne University’s top Succession Law graduate. Alison provides expert guidance in a variety of areas including Probate and Letters of Administration, Will Disputes, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Guardianship and Administration Orders. Her comprehensive approach ensures clients receive clear and practical advice tailored to their individual needs. A fourth-generation East Gippslander, Alison has demonstrated her commitment to the local community through multiple board roles at East Gippsland Water and the East Gippsland Catchment Management Authority. She is also an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria, reflecting her ongoing engagement with the legal profession.
