Allon has also led the corporate advisory department within a major Australian corporate group, showcasing his adept leadership and legal acumen. Fluent in Hebrew and committed to his Rabbinical studies, Allon skilfully balances his theological interests with a thriving legal practice. He is highly regarded for his proficiency in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate advisory, and governance. Allon is particularly passionate about working with start-ups and assisting Israeli companies in entering the Australian market, guiding clients from inception to successful exits.
