Lincoln Kennedy

Lincoln Kennedy is a Director with extensive experience in commercial law, particularly in property, succession planning, and business matters. He graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and has been practising since 1996. Lincoln leads the commercial division of the firm, providing legal services to a diverse range of clients including developers, business owners, and farmers. He is committed to delivering an efficient, pragmatic, and cost-effective service while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. His areas of practice encompass the sale and leasing of residential, commercial, industrial, and rural properties, as well as property development. Lincoln advises on the purchase and sale of businesses, including hotels and motels, and supports clients with wills, business and farm succession planning. He also drafts commercial agreements such as partnership, shareholder, joint venture, and buy/sell agreements, and provides guidance on matters relating to companies, trusts, and superannuation. Outside of his legal career, Lincoln lives on a 430-acre property near Wagga Wagga, where he operates a lamb fattening enterprise. He is actively engaged in the community, serving on various boards including the Southern Sports Academy and the Committee for Wagga Wagga. Previously, he was the chairperson of the board of the Leisure Company, an organisation supporting people with disabilities. Lincoln enjoys spending time with his family and friends, participating in water polo and other sports, and staying active on the ski slopes and mountain bike trails alongside his sons.
