Jeremy Naumann

Jeremy Naumann is a Director of the firm and an Accredited Family Law Specialist recognised by the NSW Law Society. He joined Walsh & Blair in 1994 after completing degrees in Law and Science at the Australian National University and has over 20 years’ experience practising with the firm. Since 2002, Jeremy has primarily worked in family law, handling matters related to de facto relationships, property and financial disputes, children’s issues, and child support. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in commercial law, including conveyancing, wills, and succession planning, and continues to provide advice in these areas to maintain a broad legal practice. Jeremy adopts a practical approach focused on resolving disputes efficiently and with minimal conflict. He believes that most family law matters can be resolved without court intervention through negotiation and collaboration. However, he is also skilled in representing clients in contested hearings when court action becomes necessary. His aim is always to guide clients towards a resolution that is as swift and amicable as possible. In addition to his legal practice, Jeremy serves as Chair of the Relationships Australia Wagga Advisory Board and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Outside the office, Jeremy enjoys supporting his three sons in their sporting pursuits, nurturing native plants in his garden, and contributing to the local community as a board member of Cricket Wagga Wagga. He also likes to make time for golf whenever possible. Jeremy provides legal services in family law, conveyancing, wills and succession planning, and business law.
