About Ben
Ben Allen has been a partner at Wallmans Lawyers since 1995 and leads the firm's practices in Hospitality, Licensing, Planning and Environment. He brings extensive experience acting for licensees, residents and Council clients across the hospitality sector. Ben regularly appears before the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner, as well as the Licensing and Supreme Courts. His work in these areas has earned recognition in Best Lawyers Australia and Doyle’s Guide for Planning and Environment. In his Planning and Environment practice, Ben represents developers and Councils in development applications, enforcement matters, and appeals before development assessment panels and the Environment, Resources and Development Court.
