Hayley Cameron

Hayley Cameron is a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training. Since joining Wallace Davies Solicitors in 2022, Hayley has focused her practice on Wills and Estates as well as Family Law. Hayley is committed to helping families appreciate the importance of Wills and estate planning, providing clear and compassionate advice during times that are often challenging and uncertain. Her services include drafting effective Wills, preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney, meeting estate planning requirements, and administering deceased estates with care and diligence. In Family Law, Hayley has experience handling matters such as divorce, matrimonial and de facto property settlements, financial agreements, and parenting arrangements. She recognises the emotional difficulties clients face and ensures each matter is managed with kindness and empathy, guiding clients through the legal process in practical and understandable stages. Hayley is comfortable appearing before the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts, managing legally complex and factually challenging cases. Drawing on her thorough knowledge of Wills and Estates legislation as well as Family Law, she works to facilitate smooth outcomes while keeping clients well informed and supported throughout their legal matters.
