Geoff Walkom

Geoff Walkom has built a distinguished legal career spanning over 30 years since graduating with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology, Sydney in 1983. His extensive experience combines a deep understanding of legal principles with a practical approach, enabling him to provide prompt and accurate advice that clients can easily comprehend. Early in his career, Geoff spent 12 years as a partner in a Gymea-based legal firm, where he advised individuals on personal and business matters. During this time, he was recognised as a family law practitioner in New South Wales. Seeking to broaden his expertise, Geoff joined A.O. Ellison and Co., a well-established Sydney CBD firm, in 1996. There, he focused on advising and representing employers on work injury, occupational health and safety, and employment law issues. His client portfolio included major international and national corporations as well as a diverse range of employers, such as construction suppliers, nursing homes, meat processing plants, and local government councils. In 2004, Geoff founded Walkom Lawyers to serve the Cronulla community more closely. He has since developed long-term relationships with clients across a variety of legal areas.
