About Amy
Amy Zhang was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer in 2023 after completing her Juris Doctor in 2022. Prior to her admission, Amy practiced migration law since 2015 as a registered migration agent. In this role, she gained extensive experience assisting clients with a wide range of matters including visa applications, skills assessments, state nominations, as well as family and business sponsorships and nominations. Amy has also represented clients in appeal processes, primarily before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, successfully handling cases where initial application outcomes were unfavourable. While Australian migration law remains the cornerstone of her practice, Amy’s background in both science and law, together with her strong commitment to ongoing learning, positions her well to broaden her legal expertise across other areas in the future.
