Stephen Mintz is an experienced lawyer practising in construction law and commercial disputes. He advises and represents clients in a range of matters before all Superior Courts, the State Administrative Tribunal, as well as in arbitrations and adjudications conducted under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) and the Building Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021 (WA).
