Ben Sasson

Ben Sasson is a lawyer at Vogt Legal, recognised for his commitment to integrity, strong client relationships, and a diligent work ethic. Since joining the firm shortly after his admission in 2021, Ben has been an integral member of the team, working closely with Will Vogt and colleagues since the establishment of Vogt Legal in 2023. Ben’s experience spans a diverse range of legal areas, with significant involvement in building and construction disputes, commercial litigation, and defending prosecutions under the Planning and Development Act 2005 (WA) and the Dog Act 1976 (WA). He also has experience in Australian Consumer Law disputes, providing well-rounded assistance to clients across these sectors. Ben holds a double degree in Law and Accounting from Murdoch University, awarded in 2020. His combined legal and accounting background equips him with a valuable perspective, particularly in commercially focused matters. Outside of his professional role, Ben enjoys travelling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new dining experiences.
