Before establishing Vobis Lawyers in 2013, Francis held significant legal positions, notably serving as Company Secretary and Retained Counsel at Thomson Telecom for seven years. This experience has equipped him with a strong foundation in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, enhancing his ability to advise clients operating in dynamic business settings. Francis holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. He also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
