Michelle Chung

Michelle Chung is a solicitor admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She brings extensive experience in handling Global Talent visa applications, guiding clients through the complexities of this pathway. Michelle also supports corporate clients with a broad range of employer-linked visa matters, including work visas under subclass 400, employer-sponsored visas such as subclass 186 and 482, as well as training and temporary activity visas under subclasses 407 and 408. She plays a key role in conducting detailed legal research and preparing the necessary submissions to ensure visa applications are thoroughly presented. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology Sydney.
