Before establishing Virtue Legal, Frank gained extensive experience working at a boutique commercial law firm in Melbourne, where he honed his skills in commercial law and litigation. With more than 19 years of legal practice, Frank brings a comprehensive understanding of various areas within commercial law. His work encompasses business sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leases, contract negotiation and drafting, employment-related advice, debt recovery, dispute resolution, and litigation. Frank’s substantial litigation experience includes representing clients in matters across all Australian jurisdictions.
