Vic Rajah

Vic, the Principal of the firm, is a distinguished lawyer with a strong focus on family law. Graduating with honours in law from the University of Melbourne, he began his career as a commercial solicitor at one of Australia's top law firms. This experience equipped him with a profound understanding of complex property and financial issues, which he now applies to his practice in family law, a field he has specialised in since 2003. Under the mentorship of Richard Thomas Calley, Vic honed his ability to handle intricate family law matters, particularly those involving parenting issues, where he applies his accredited expertise to secure favourable outcomes for families. Outside of his legal practice, Vic is deeply committed to community service, evidenced by his receipt of the Centenary of Federation Medal for his work on youth issues. He serves as Chairman of Bestchance, a not-for-profit organisation providing vital child and family support services. Additionally, he offers consultancy to the board of Oakleigh Grammar School and leads their Business Network. A passionate follower of AFL football and cricket, Vic also engages in motivational speaking, particularly for cancer survivorship forums, demonstrating his dedication to supporting others both professionally and personally.
