Lindsay Ahern

Lindsay Ahern is the head of the Commercial Department at Vibe Legal, bringing a wealth of experience spanning Ireland and Australia. She graduated from the University of Limerick in 2002 and began her legal career as a Legal Executive. In March 2008, Lindsay was admitted to practice in Ireland, where she developed a strong foundation in commercial law. After relocating to Perth in 2011, she was admitted to practice in Western Australia in March 2012. Lindsay assists commercial clients at every stage of their business journey, from start-up and growth to sale and succession planning. Her expertise extends to leasing and resolving related disputes, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support throughout their commercial dealings. With a diploma in employment law, she also represents both employees and employers in contentious employment matters. Beyond her legal work, Lindsay is actively involved in the community as a founding member of the Perth Irish Business Network and a member of the Perth Rose of Tralee committee. Her approach combines practical, commercially-focused advice with personalised service, reflecting a commitment to both professionalism and genuine care for her clients.
