Bill Velos, the principal of the firm, has been practising law since 1985 following his graduation with a Bachelor of Laws and Economics dual degree from Monash University. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including Commercial Litigation, Commercial Law, Credit Law, Construction Law, Wills and Estates, and Personal Injury Law. As a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Bill possesses extensive experience and knowledge, having managed numerous high-end litigation cases in both State and Federal Courts. His clientele includes Credit Unions, Chartered Accounting firms, Financial Institutions, and other corporate entities, particularly focusing on recoveries for personal and secured loans, a growing area over the past decade. In addition to his work in credit recoveries, Bill extensively represents Developers, Construction Companies, builders, and related entities. He is highly experienced in navigating the complexities of the VCAT jurisdiction, enhancing his proficiency in Construction Law.
