Brett Moller

Brett Moller is a consultant Solicitor with extensive legal experience spanning over 30 years. Previously managing his own practice, Brett offers a depth of knowledge in Commercial and Property law, Wills and Estate Planning, Business Succession, and a broad range of rural law matters. Beyond his legal practice, Brett is actively engaged in the Tropical North Queensland community. He currently serves as a Division 1 Councillor for the Cairns Regional Council, reflecting his dedication to the region. Brett also contributes pro bono legal services to various community and sporting organisations and holds multiple board roles, demonstrating his commitment to community development. His governance experience is substantial, having held numerous director positions throughout his career. These include serving as the State Chair of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland, where he earned life membership, as well as positions on the Australian Chamber Board and the ASX-listed MSF Sugar. Brett has also been Chairman of the Government-owned Ports North Corporation and Deputy Chair of Mulgrave Central Mill Co Ltd. This combination of legal expertise and governance experience enables Brett to provide valuable guidance to corporations and not-for-profit associations alike, particularly those operating within community and sporting sectors.
