About Brett
Brett Moller is a consultant Solicitor with extensive legal experience spanning over 30 years. Previously managing his own practice, Brett offers a depth of knowledge in Commercial and Property law, Wills and Estate Planning, Business Succession, and a broad range of rural law matters. Beyond his legal practice, Brett is actively engaged in the Tropical North Queensland community. He currently serves as a Division 1 Councillor for the Cairns Regional Council, reflecting his dedication to the region. Brett also contributes pro bono legal services to various community and sporting organisations and holds multiple board roles, demonstrating his commitment to community development.
