Andrew (Andy) Bousie brings over 35 years of leadership experience as a CEO and corporate executive, with a strong track record in guiding large teams through transformational change within the Retail, Wholesale, and Manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, Andy has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and CEO for prominent global retail companies. He is recognised for his ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver significant profit turnarounds, operational improvements, high-performing corporate cultures, and sustainable growth outcomes. Andy’s approach emphasises emotional intelligence and strategic foresight, enabling him to successfully restructure businesses, optimise brand portfolios, and implement innovative strategies that drive growth. Currently, he leads his own consulting practice and collaborates with Uncapped Potential, providing advice on strategic transformation, brand development, and enhancing leadership effectiveness. Additionally, Andy serves as a Non-Executive Director across various industries, contributing his governance expertise.
