Vanessa Hulbert

Vanessa Hulbert holds dual degrees in Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of International Relations, Government and Politics from Griffith University, completed in 2011. Following her studies, Vanessa joined TVP Law in 2012 through their Trainee Solicitor Program and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Queensland Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. Throughout her tenure at TVP Law, Vanessa has gained experience across a diverse range of legal areas, enabling her to offer well-rounded support to clients. She advises on matters including wills and estates, employment law for both employers and employees, and business structuring with a focus on asset protection. Vanessa is also experienced in general commercial property law, including acquisition, sale, leasing, and dispute resolution. Her expertise extends to retirement village law, commercial and retail leasing for tenants and landlords, and various aspects of commercial law such as complex commercial agreements, consumer law, and business acquisitions and sales. Vanessa also assists clients with partnership, shareholder, and unit holder arrangements and related disputes. Additionally, she provides guidance on intellectual property matters and franchise law for franchisors and franchisees. Outside of her legal career, Vanessa enjoys camping, travelling, and swimming, bringing a balanced perspective to her professional commitments.
