Mylne Lawyers, tracing its roots to McCallum Mylne Lawyers, was established in Surfers Paradise with Michael McCallum, a former Public Trustee of the Northern Territory. Following Michael’s retirement in 2005, the firm evolved into Mylne Lawyers and strategically relocated to Bundall. Under Glen Mylne's leadership, it quickly expanded to include a dedicated team of ten. In 2012, Glen Mylne was pivotal in revitalising the well-established Turnbull & Company. Turnbull & Company, established by Lionel Turnbull in 1994, is among the earliest law firms in Robina. Lionel developed a distinguished practice with a focus on property law during Robina's rapid growth period.
