Zac Nicholson

Zac Nicholson, Director and Principal, specialises primarily in Wills and Estates, with over ten years of concentrated experience in Estate and Trust disputes. He represents a varied clientele, including private individuals, charitable organisations, and trust companies, in complex litigation involving family provision claims, testamentary capacity disputes, and Supreme Court applications such as Will construction and seeking probate in solemn form of informal Wills. Additionally, Zac is proficient in sophisticated Estate Planning, advising on strategies to reduce the likelihood of successful challenges to Wills, and he is skilled in Estate Administration and Guardianship and Administration Board Applications. An academic achiever, Zac holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Tasmania.
