About Us
Treloar & Treloar has been serving the South Australian community for over a century, offering expert legal advice across a broad range of matters related to Wills and Estates. Our firm is based on Grenfell Street, Adelaide, and is known for its enduring commitment to quality service, respect for clients, and reasonable pricing. Our practice encompasses comprehensive estate services, including the preparation of Wills, estate planning, administration of estates, and navigating disputes involving contested estates and Wills. We also provide advice on Trust Law, conveyancing and property transactions, elder law, and notary public services. Our team is dedicated to staying abreast of developments in the law to provide clear explanations tailored to each client’s needs. We are proud to offer services in both Greek and Italian (Calabrese), reflecting our commitment to accessible client communication. Established in 1923 by James Leonard Sydney Treloar and later joined by his brother Albert Edward Coran Treloar, the firm has maintained a strong reputation through successive generations. Following the original partners, the practice grew under the stewardship of their descendants and partners such as Ray Frost, Pam McEwin, and now Gaetano Aiello, Christopher Parker, and Harrison May. Throughout its history, Treloar & Treloar has earned recognition particularly for its handling of complex deceased estates and estate litigation. At Treloar & Treloar, we embrace our heritage while continuing to focus on the fundamental principles that have guided us since inception: delivering high-quality legal work, maintaining open and respectful communication, and providing sound and practical advice tailored to individual circumstances.
