Kristi Towns is the Principal Licensee and a Justice of the Peace with over two decades of experience in conveyancing. She began her legal career in 1996 with a boutique law firm in Surry Hills, quickly identifying her passion for conveyancing. In 2002, Kristi returned to Penrith to work with a well-regarded local law firm, where she established a strong reputation in the region. She completed her studies in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University in 2008, formally obtaining her Licence. Kristi’s expertise encompasses a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, off-the-plan contracts, auctions, and developments. Her extensive experience means she is well-versed in navigating the complexities of property law to safeguard her clients’ interests. She is committed to delivering a stress-free and satisfying experience, taking pride in building strong relationships with clients and key industry professionals such as real estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers, and government bodies. With a background in hospitality, retail, and administration, Kristi values outstanding customer service and clear communication. Living in South Penrith with her husband and three young sons, she enjoys renovating their home, caravanning, and exploring the popular Nepean River area.
