Fiona is a highly esteemed member of Tony Hargreaves & Partners, recognised for her extensive experience and acumen in the legal field. With more than a decade of dedicated service to the firm, Fiona is an accredited criminal law specialist, having her name consistently featured in Doyle’s Guide as one of Victoria’s top Criminal Law solicitors. Before joining the team at Tony Hargreaves & Partners, Fiona sharpened her legal skills as the Associate to Her Honour Judge Gaynor of the County Court of Victoria, focusing on criminal matters. Her legal journey also includes four productive years in commercial litigation, where she adeptly handled cases involving contract disputes, professional negligence claims, disputes over residential and retail tenancies, insolvency and bankruptcy issues, intellectual property litigation, and regulatory investigations, representing both individuals and corporations across all jurisdictions.
