About Khanh
Khanh Ton was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2009 and has developed a strong reputation for his dedication and expertise in personal injury and compensation litigation. He established his own practice in 2013, drawing on extensive experience gained from roles such as senior case manager and claims assessor at Employers Mutual Limited, where he handled litigated matters for WorkCover, and later as practice manager at Brydens Lawyers. At Brydens, Khanh not only secured successful outcomes for clients but also managed and mentored a team of junior solicitors and paralegals, reflecting his leadership and commitment to professional development. He has acted for thousands of clients across Australia, combining meticulous attention to detail with empathy and a client-focused approach. Khanh’s philosophy is to treat clients as he would wish to be treated himself, fostering long-term relationships beyond the resolution of individual matters. Khanh is an active member of the NSW Law Society and is approved by the Worker’s Compensation Independent Review Office (WIRO). Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
