Phillip Tiernan, Director, leads the firm with an extensive legal background. Holding two law degrees, including a Master of Laws from Macquarie University, Phillip has a robust foundation in the legal domain. His career began at a prominent national law firm, where he built a considerable client base within commercial litigation. Transitioning from his previous role as a First Grade Rugby League player for the Illawarra Steelers and Parramatta, Phillip has displayed the same dedication and strategic thinking in his legal practice. Recognising the demand for quality legal representation in suburban areas, Phillip established the firm in Cronulla in 2005. His expertise covers contract law, commercial litigation, advocacy, mediation, dispute resolution, retail and commercial leases, and building and construction disputes.
