In 2006, Martin founded another conveyancing practice in Flemington and was instrumental in several industry advancements, serving as Vice President of the Australian Institute of Conveyancing Victoria and contributing to the development of academic courses at RMIT. Throughout his career, Martin has held various influential roles, including serving as a consultant to PEXA and sitting on the State Revenue Office consultative council.
