Alison Fleming

Alison Fleming joined the firm in 2011 after extensive collaboration with us during her time as a corporate in-house lawyer for the Juniper group. Before that, she was a senior associate at Deacons (now Norton Rose), a leading national firm, where she represented major shopping centres and commercial clients within the property and leasing sector. Her experience includes acting for prominent national companies such as AMP, ANZ, Coles Myer, Toll North and Lend Lease. Alison was made partner in 2018, bringing significant experience in retail and commercial leasing, property development, body corporate law, conveyancing of major sites, due diligence and tender processes. Her comprehensive knowledge is a valuable asset to the firm’s property team and her expertise is highly regarded by colleagues and sought after throughout Queensland. Outside of her professional life, Alison enjoys spending time on her hinterland property with her husband and son, indulging in camping adventures. While she enjoys snow skiing, she admits she doesn’t get to it as often as she would like. Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, graduating in 1994.
