Jason Gibb

Jason Gibb is a commercial and property lawyer at Tetlow Legal, joining the team in 2021. He brings extensive experience from his previous practice in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, where he initially worked in workers compensation before transitioning to commercial law. Throughout his career, Jason has developed a diverse practice, representing individual clients, small to medium enterprises, and larger organisations. Jason regularly advises on a broad range of commercial matters, including business acquisitions and sales, drafting and reviewing business contracts, preparation of employment agreements, and shareholder and partnership arrangements. He also represents clients in debt recovery processes, such as managing statutory demands and winding-up applications. A key area of Jason’s work is commercial and retail leasing, where he acts for both landlords and tenants across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. His detailed understanding of the relevant legislation enables him to provide timely, tailored advice on all stages of the leasing process. Known for his personable and dedicated approach, Jason prioritises clear and concise communication, ensuring clients remain well informed about the progress of their matters. He has a strong focus on risk management and assists clients in identifying and mitigating commercial risks effectively.
