Emma Bragg leads the Commercial and Property divisions at Tetlow Legal, bringing extensive experience across these practice areas. She provides thorough and timely legal advice to a diverse client base, including individuals, small to medium businesses, and larger corporates. Her commercial practice covers business succession, acquisitions and disposals of business interests, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial leasing, contracts, and conveyancing. Emma’s careful attention to detail and risk management ensures clients’ interests are well protected, with clients including healthcare professionals such as pharmacists, medical practitioners, and dentists. Starting her career in property law, Emma remains actively engaged in residential conveyancing matters in the ACT and New South Wales. She is known for assisting first-home buyers, downsizers, and clients undertaking more complex transactions like off-the-plan purchases. In addition, Emma has developed a niche advising land-rich entities on duty-related matters, collaborating with accountants and financial advisors on asset protection strategies tailored to client needs.
