Marc Testart

Marc Testart is the principal of Testart Family Lawyers, a firm he established in 2013 with the aim of helping clients resolve family law matters outside of court where possible. His experience as a barrister practising predominantly in family law has given him firsthand insight into the challenges and costs that litigation can bring. Marc is committed to guiding clients through alternative dispute resolution processes whenever feasible, while providing comprehensive support for those who require court representation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in philosophy, a Graduate Diploma of Education, and a First-Class Honours Law Degree from the University of Melbourne. Outside of his legal practice, Marc enjoys following AFL, soccer, and basketball, as well as powerlifting and spending quality time with his wife and three daughters.
