Peter Dascarolis

Peter Dascarolis is the CEO and founding partner of Terracon Legal, a boutique property law firm established in 2018. Over the past decade, Peter has developed extensive experience handling a diverse range of structured property transactions, including leasing, divestment, acquisition, and development of real estate. His expertise has been recognised nationally, as evidenced by his nomination as one of eight finalists in the "Young Gun of the Year" category at the 2015 Australian Law Awards. Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. He is actively involved in the legal and property communities, serving as a director of the Hellenic Club of Canberra and participating in various committees such as the ACT Law Society Property Committee and the Future Directions Committee of the Property Council of Australia.
