Georgina Phelps

Georgina Phelps is a Partner at Terracon Legal, bringing extensive experience in property and commercial law. She advises clients on a broad spectrum of matters, including the acquisition and disposal of land, building-related issues in the ACT and other jurisdictions, as well as complex commercial leasing, occupancy arrangements, and general commercial transactions. Throughout her career, Georgina has acted for both private individuals and government clients, handling various property and development projects. She joined Terracon Legal in November 2021 and was elevated to partnership in January 2023. Georgina holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She is a member of the ACT Law Society.
