His regular appearances in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) include handling neighbourhood and small-claims disputes, demonstrating his versatility in managing both complex and local matters. Prior to his legal career, Doug held leadership positions such as Chairman and CEO with major organisations including Boral, BHP Steel, and Nexans throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
