Sarah Robertson

Sarah Robertson is a Partner with over 20 years of legal experience, including several years in in-house legal roles. She possesses extensive expertise in commercial property, with a particular focus on telecommunications property. Her practice encompasses office, industrial, commercial, and retail leasing, as well as general property and commercial law. Sarah provides legal services to a diverse client base, including listed property trusts, particularly within the office and shopping centre sectors, as well as corporations, developers, and national landlords and tenants. She is proficient in drafting and reviewing agreements for lease, leases, licences, development agreements, and various related documents. Additionally, Sarah advises on property developments, subdivisions, easements, property management, and a wide range of property-related transactions. Her commercial law experience includes telecommunications legislation and regulatory matters, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and general commercial advice. Sarah has a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications leasing, access arrangements, and the conduct of telecommunications site audits. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, and a Master of Laws from Macquarie University. She is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
