David Kirchner

David Kirchner is the Practice Director of Templar Legal, bringing extensive experience in litigation related to personal injury and estate matters. He was admitted to practice in 1995 after graduating from Murdoch University. David began his legal career at Hudson Henning and Goodman in Albany before working in the United Kingdom, where he gained valuable experience in corporate and commercial litigation with London-based firms. Returning to Perth in 2000, he joined Friedman Lurie Singh and D’Angelo as a senior associate, focusing on personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, public liability claims, workers compensation, and medical negligence. In addition to his personal injury work, David expanded his expertise while with the Public Trustee of Western Australia, handling estate litigation matters and acting for represented persons and trustees in trust and estate disputes. Since establishing his own practice in October 2009, David has led his firm with a commitment to providing practical and effective legal solutions. Outside of his legal career, David has a strong interest in supporting young families, enjoys water sports, and has a background in agriculture through his family’s farming operations near Esperance.
