About Carol
Carol Taylor was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1993 and has built a diverse and comprehensive legal career over the years. Early on, she served as a Senior Associate at a well-regarded North Sydney law firm, where she developed expertise across General Practice, Family Law, Commercial Litigation, Advocacy, Property Law, Wills and Estate Planning, and Migration Law. In 1998, Carol began private practice, focusing on Commercial Litigation, Property Law, Estate Planning and Migration Law. This experience laid the foundation for her founding Taylor Law & Conveyancing, with the central goal of offering personalised and attentive legal support during what are often some of the most significant and challenging times for clients. Based on the Gold Coast for over a decade, Carol now concentrates on Property Law and Estate matters. Her approach emphasises building clear, informative, and supportive relationships with clients, guiding them through important processes that can otherwise feel impersonal and stressful. Carol is admitted to practice in the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales, as well as the High Court of Australia. She maintains active membership in both the Queensland Law Society and the New South Wales Law Society. Additionally, she has previously served as Honorary Solicitor for the Irish Australia Welfare Bureau and was a member of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.
