Paul Fildes

Paul Fildes is a distinguished lawyer with a wealth of experience in the field of property litigation, particularly in handling high net worth cases and cross-border disputes. His expertise includes drafting prenuptial financial agreements and restructuring family property in a tax-efficient manner, ensuring that his clients achieve the most favourable outcomes. Paul's deep understanding of international property cases is evident in his successful management of assets across Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. As a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), Paul benefits from a global network of family law solicitors and professionals, enhancing his firm's capabilities in addressing complex international legal challenges. His impressive legal career features a significant period as a partner at K&L Gates’ predecessor firm, Middletons, from 1993 to 2010, where he developed and led a thriving Family Law Practice Group. This group eventually merged with Taussig Cherrie & Associates, leading to the formation of Taussig Cherrie Fildes.
