About Linda
With over 20 years of exclusive family law experience, Linda is a dedicated advocate skilled in handling property settlements and parenting arrangements, always aiming for amicable solutions where possible. Her broad expertise includes complex financial cases, child welfare, and supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Linda has actively contributed to family law reform, appearing before the Australian Federal Senate Inquiry and the Federal Joint Select Committee to provide expert submissions on proposed legislative changes. In addition, she has lectured in family law at the College of Law, managed Murdoch University’s Family Law legal clinic, and contributed to key legal reforms, including domestic violence legislation through the Non-Fatal Strangulation Working Committee. A former psychologist, Linda brings a unique depth to her practice with her background in psychology and education.
