Briony is well-versed in addressing complex immigration matters, including visa cancellations and refusals on character grounds, family violence special provisions, "genuine position" challenges for employer-sponsored visas, and fraud-related visa refusals. As a former professional interpreter fluent in Mandarin and English, Briony excels at assisting clients from non-English-speaking backgrounds with empathy and attentiveness.
