Alex Naidovski

Alex has a comprehensive background in Family Law, focusing on property and parenting matters, child relocations, child support disputes, spouse maintenance, and de facto property issues. Since his admission, he has devoted his practice exclusively to the Family Law jurisdiction. His advocacy skills are well developed, having served as a Care & Protection Advocate with Legal Aid NSW. Alex has represented clients in a range of matters before the Supreme, District, and Children’s Courts, and possesses significant experience conducting interim, interlocutory, and final hearings in both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court. While Alex is a determined and experienced litigator, he prioritises resolving disputes through constructive means whenever possible, recognising the emotional, time, and financial costs associated with court proceedings. Since 2011, Alex has also practised as an Independent Children’s Lawyer and is appointed to Legal Aid’s General Family Law panel, further demonstrating his commitment to supporting families through complex legal matters.
