Caitlin Swan

Caitlin Swan graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 1985 and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 1986. She has extensive experience practising in Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Estate Litigation. Caitlin currently serves as Managing Solicitor at Swan Family Lawyers. Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Caitlin prioritises clear communication to ensure clients fully understand the advice provided and the options available to them. She is an active member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Law Council of Australia's Family Law Section. Outside of her legal work, Caitlin enjoys cooking—clients are often welcome to take home some of her homemade biscuits—exercising, and spending quality time with friends and family.
